This is the second of two images showing the death of Zirel (Zierl, Zirl), wife of Hirsch Lewinsohn. For this image, I would like a transcription and translation of the heading of the far left column, which I assume to be cause of death. I'd especially like a transcription and translation of the cause of death itself. I'd also like an explanation of the 1800 date, if possible, and will be very grateful for your help.

On  Response
4/16/2014 11:08 PM Krankheit oder sonstiger Urfache das Todes: Typtur im Machenbatt.
Third column is place of burial: Jewish cemetery in Mogensen.

Zweiten Januar 1800. Neun und dreissig.
Second of January 1800. thirty nine.
This is the date of burial. But I don't know what thirty nine refers to. Maybe it's a house number.
The signature at the bottom Hirsch Lesinsohn is presumably the signature of the husband.
4/16/2014 11:35 PM I suggest 1800 thirty nine is 1839.
I have seen vital records from Lemberg (Lwow) in which the year is often written in words, in addition to numbers, and this looks like the same system.

Tha stands for : puerperal fever of the mother (after birth of child).
