Nine words, one ring for bride and groom. One happiness. With honor Joseph Strashun.
My bow (honor) to all of you.

Explanation: 9 words are the Hebrew words said by the groom when giving the ring to his bride
הרי את מקודשת לי בטבעת זו כדת משה וישראל
