Part 2 (2/3) of the prenuptial agreement of Adam Dawid Kon and Chana Ides Stabholc.

10/14/2013 7:12 AM Announced that present assets include: 1. amount of 1500 rubles cash and 2. a dowry, consisting of a. precious items in the amount (can't tell amount) rubles; b. dresses and others for the amount of 900 rubles; and c. (can't tell item) for 300 rubles, for a total amount of 3000 rubles. This money and items are being brought to the married by her, Stabholc, to Kon, who, by agreeing to this, must answer for them to his future spouse. Kon announced that he, at the present time, will not be announcing the amounts of items he personally possesses. This act, according to section 208 of the law of 1825, to be valid, must be disclosed to the official conducting the marriage ceremony. The existence of this prenuptial agreement will be announced to the Warsaw courts by the notary. This act is read by both parties, in the presence of their witnesses, and upon agreement that they agreed to it in good faith and understand what it entails and means, and on this letterhead...
