I have been stumped on this line of my tree for a long time. I am hoping that this is the birth record of my gg grandmother Ruchla. I am most interested in the names & ages of her parents and their towns of origin.
Thank you very much!

On  Response
9/14/2013 7:06 AM All this happened in the Town of Klimontow on the first day of October in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight at the hour of eight in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Dawid Kiejsman, making a living from the cows tenancy, thirty years of age, residing in the Village of Przepiorow at number five, accompanied by witnesses, namely Orthodox Jews Nusyn Dyner, the day labourer sixty-three years of age, and Herszel Awenus, the tailor twenty-nine years of age, both of them residing in the Town of Klimontow, and showed us a female baby who had been born in the Village of Przepiorow on the twenty-third day of September of the current year at the hour of five in the morning to his spouse Chana nee Mantelman, twenty-six years of age, to whom during the prayer the name had been given Ruchla. As soon as I visually verified the identity of the baby, as well as the one of her parents and the witnesses, the above certificate was read aloud to the appeared and the witnesses and subsequently signed by all of them.
