I would like a translation of the bottom row, that of my great-grandfather Ignatz when he was a German soldier in the first world war.

Numbers and abbreviations of the regiments in parts hard to read

The stamp was meant to be signed by each man, but it wasn’t. It would have been the declaration of the correctness and of the awareness of certain paragraphs.

Erstes/1 Ersatz Batallion, 9. Infanterie Regiment, 1 __ and since 23.5.16 the same but 2 ___
On 26.06.16 he was relocated to Ersatz Abteilung 2 ____
