This is another house ownership transfer document.

I think I have the gist of the paragraph but I need to know if I am missing anything important:

In 1784, 1/6 of the Haus was transferred to Lazarus Joachim and his wife Milke. It had belonged to Milke’s father Marcus Jacob. Money may have been exchanged.

Thanks!

2/23/2014 10:27 AM well I cannot understand it in detail:

150Gulden had been exchanged in total.
The 1/6 of the house is beneath the entrance for vehicles and has one kitchen and one room.

-There could be involved one women called Langecker
-She could have lend money to Marcus Jacob
-In each case somehow 50 and 100 Gulden were charged against 150 Gulden

1/6 of the house as far as had been "verschrieben" to the Langeckerin and bought for 50 , which "erlegt" for the Langeckerin 100 ...; therefore/that means/folgsam the Milke buys it from her father for 150 Gulden in 1784
