This page shows the ownership of house 7. Koppel Moses and his wife purchased it for 500 Reichsdollar before 1760.

I would like to know what is in the second and third paragraphs. The second paragraph has to do with a transaction from 14 Aug 1815. Elias Bauer and his sons Bernard, Loebl, and Gabriel became the owners. What are the details of this transaction? What is written in the next paragraph?

Thanks!

Hi Carole,

I do not get it for sure.
But it seems that Elias Bauer had been the owner before but now, according to the execution letter from 14 August 1815 his sons are only the "Bezahler" payers, people who pay the mortgage.
Definetely the house is "exequirt" mortgaged.

David Neubauer or [Kohn?] and his wife Adel? buyed a part of the house in the upper part from Ignatz [Paules????] for 600 Gulden(?)
