This is a house ownership transaction involving the 2 daughters of the deceased owners. The first daughter is the Widow Kroshel (Kressel?)who inherited 2/8 of the house.
The second daughter is Rachel Lea, who is unmarried. There is a word starting with ST (I think)and then the word Lackenbach (which is a town and surname). There is some kind of money transaction involving 188 Florin. Rachael Lea owns 2/8 of the house. I am wondering if I am missing something else important in the document, like what is the importance of the word Lackenbach.

Thanks!

Wittib Krössel 2/8 tl
Rachael Lea ledigen Standes v La-
kenbach kaufl pr. 188 fl. 2/8 tl

"ledigen Standes" means of unmarried.
