This is apparently the registration of the marriage - in Warsaw, 1858 - of Zelman GELBFISZ and Perle NUSBAUM.

I'd very much appreciate a comprehensive translation of all the available facts - including names of parents and witnesses, occupations, addresses, etc. ... whatever else might be available.

7/25/2013 8:00 AM All this took place in the Town of Gora on the third day of January in the year of one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight at the hour of ten in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Jankiel Blass the Rabbi of Gora Synagogue District, residing in the Town of Gora, accompanied by witnesses, namely Eyzyk Neyman the szkolnik fifty years of age and Boruch Zyngier the mohel fifty-three years of age, the latter residing in the Town of Gora, and declared that the religious marriage had been entered into before him on the first day of January of the current year at the hour of three in the afternoon here in the Town of Gora

by Orthodox Jew Zelman Gelbfisz the bachelor from Warsaw eighteen years of age, staying with his parents, the son of a married couple, the Gelbfiszs, namely Beimis and Malka Ruchla nee Meinholtz

and Orthodox Jew Perla Nusbaum the maiden eighteen years of age, staying with her parents here in the Town of Gora, living off her parents, the daughter of a married couple, the Nusbaums, namely Jakub and Ryfka nee Goldsztein, the latter not alive anymore,

following triple proclamation of banns to the gathering of people held on the Sabbath Days, i.e. on the fifth, the twelfth and the nineteenth day of December of last year in Gora Synagogue as well as the first, the eighth and the fifteenth day of December of last year in Warsaw Synagogue, and no impediments to marriage with regard to either party to the marriage contract had occurred. At last the newly-weds declared they had not signed any premarital agreement. The above certificate was read and subsequently signed by myself and the appeared.
