First of all, I apologize for the low quality of the image. The letter was written in light pencil, and after several tries, this is the best image I could obtain.

I do not need a complete translation, but only a sense of the substance of the letter, who is writing it, and to whom it is written.

Thank you in advance for your help.

7/12/2013 2:17 AM Addressed to a sister-in-law/mother-in-law. He/she is feeling better. Benye has to travel 70 miles a day in order to get to and from work. He/she might come to Boston.

To my dear sister-in-law and relatives from everywhere--hope you'll come "under better stars" from "upstairs"...that you'll all live longer and better...that [things] will be good for you...[something] in the 12th year (You can see the number 12 in the middle of the 8th line, but Mom was not sure what that phrase referred to.)
..all your children are very dear to me...
(All this comes before the part about the 70 miles.)
