6/10/2013 10:19 AM All this took place in Warta on the sixteenth day of February in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight. Before me, Jozef Herman, a Civil Registrar, personally appeared Orthodox Jew Lajbus Rothbein, a local Rabbi, accompanied by Orthodox Jews Jozef Jude Kaminski aka Zaldzberg the bachelor from Warta twenty-one years of age as per birth certificate as well as Perla Neizner the maiden from Praszka twenty-two years of age as per birth affidavit and Abram Hersz Kaminski, the flour dealer from Warta and father of the bachelor as well as Jakob Wysocki the baker from Warta the uncle of bride and the witnesses Icek Warszawski the szkolnik sixty-eight years of age and Hersz Obracz a hospital worker thirty-eight years of age, both of them residing in Warta and declared that religious marriage had been entered into before him that day at the hour of three in the afternoon in Warta by Jozef Jude Kaminski aka Zaldzberg and Perla Neizner following banns proclaimed in synagogues in Praszka and Warta on the fourth, the eleventh and the eighteenth day of December in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven during which no marriage impeding occurred and avouched that 1836 Law of Marriages had not been violated. The appeared newly-weds declared they had not signed any premarital agreements. At last the above certificate was signed by the appeared Rabbi, the father of the bachelor and the witness Icek Warszawski whereas the others declared they were illiterate.
