I cannot make out the last three words because of the handwriting, but it is signed "Esther".

4/30/2013 3:19 AM Lo que aparece depués de Radomysl Wielki (o sea Gran Radomysl) es la abreviación "dn" (de "dnia") que significa "día" en polaco. La "r" después del año es la abreviación de "roku" y significa "año". Esa era la notación usual polaca para las fechas.
El texto idish dice "Para mi querido hermano y hermana, de recuerdo, Ester".
