This is part of a birth record for Falik Auerbach. It's about his mother, Neche Biener, who was from Buczacz. Can you please tell me the names of her parents and any other info that may be in this record.

4/9/2013 1:39 AM In Galicia, the Jews are often not registered officially by marriage ( a Christian administration), but only within the community, according to Jewish law (so they avoid additional taxes and restrictions). As a result, for the Austrian officials, many Jewish children were born "out of wedlock" and got his mother's surname. As in all other parts of Eastern Europe, the Jews of Galicia was not interested their own names, and they do not mind that they can be written in several ways in different documents.
