can someone help me translate this postcard written in Yiddish by my great-grandmother's brother Eliya-Moishe, who had moved from Vitebsk to Argentina?

2/25/2013 5:47 AM If I'm right, this is a "shone-toyve"- card with good wishes for the New Year, written from "Eli Moshe Khasin" (in Yiddish) to his brother or sister.
3/3/2013 2:55 PM "I am sending you a New Year greeting card, I wish you a good year and that God may allow that we are all together and not scattered all over the world (...three words I can't make out)
