Aron Deutsch got 1/12 part of a house (formerly inhibited by Löwi Hirschl) from Alberth Polacker, who was a special kind of citicen of vienna.
He got it the way of a special legal way (leg. Ettcontion?)

means: Löwi Hirschl had been a Schnürmacher, was called Schnürmacher or the house was called the house of the Schnürmachers.

A "Schnürmacher" as a profession made Trim or trimming in clothing and home decorating is applied ornament, such as gimp, passementerie, ribbon, ruffles
