2/14/2013 4:34 AM It reads "For eternal memory, to my dear and loving Father, in [????] case of meeting You, I am sending my photograph".

[????] means a word beginning with "з" that was illegible to me, perhaps someone else would be able to decipher it?

The sequence of "19 11/3 14" probably means the date, since it is followed by a letter "г" for "год" (year) in Russian. "3" can actually be Russian letter "з" ("z") but I am not sure what it could mean. I would read this date as 19th November 1914, but 11th March 1914 also seems possible to me.

Then there is a signature that seems to start with "Тол", so it is most probably the surname of Толчинский (Tolchinsky).

The word at the bottom of the page I read as "с. Матiясово" - village of Matiyasovo, perhaps?
2/14/2013 7:01 PM "For eternal memory, to my dear and loving Father, as a token of forthcoming meeting/reunion, I am sending my photograph".

The date is 11 March 1914.
