Information Picture Question
Category: Translation - Russian

Family Surname: Ajnhorn
Country: Poland
Town: Konstantinow Lodz
Date of Image: 1911 / 1948

This is the upper part of the index from the book where births records from Konstantinow were registered in 1911.
There are two later additions (In red) - the first one is of my father (Alksy Ajnhorn). The reason for the addition and how it was done is not clear.
I would like a word-by-word translation of all the text in this image, including the word that is written between my father's name and the date (25/1948)

On  Response
2/15/2013 12:48 AM First line: A-Z list of births of 1911. Protocol Remarks
On the left rotated: Serial number
Second line: Surname and name of the newborn

The text in red is in Polish (Latin script). I can't help with it, only one remark - 25/1948 doesn't look like a date to me. My guess that the names were added later giving the original record/archive number.
2/15/2013 10:05 AM The text in Polish reads:
Ajnhorn Aleksy - see 28/1948 (or 28/1918)
Ajnzel (or Anzel) Zelda - see 32/1919 and 25/1948 (or 25/1918).

The numbers are probably some kind of reference numbers.
