1/4/2014 8:04 AM It came to pass in the Town of Kock on the twenty-seventh day of March in the year of one thousand eight hundred and forty-six at the hour of ten in the morning. Appeared personally Orthodox Jew Szmul Ksiazka, the local clergyman, together with

Orthodox Jew Joel Biderman, staying with his paternal uncle in the Town of Lukow, nineteen years of age, born in Lukow to Chaim and Tauba, the Bidermans, a married couple not alive anymore,

and Fayga Hinda Warszniter, the maiden who had already turned sixteen years of age, the daughter of Jankiel and Rozyla, the Warszniters, a married couple residing in Kock, still staying with her parents,

in the presence of Joel Biderman, the paternal uncle of Joel, and Jankiel Warszniter, the father of Hinda Fayga, as well as in the presence of witnesses Judka Rechtman, a szkolnik forty-three years of age, and Zelman Wartownik, a szkolnik forty-two years of age, both of them residing there in Kock as well,

and declared that the religious marriage had been entered into before him the day before by Joel and Fayga Hinda following triple proclamation of banns held on the sixth, the thirteenth and the twentieth day of December of last year in Kock Synagogue and Lukow Synagogue, and verbal consent to that marriage granted by Joel Biderman, the paternal uncle of the newlywed Joel, and Jankiel Warszniter, the father of the newlywed Fayga Hinda, and no marriage impeding had occurred, in addition to which the newlyweds declared they had not signed any premarital agreement. The actual certificate was read aloud to the appeared and the witnesses and signed by the clergyman Szmul Ksiazka, Joel Biderman, Jankiel Warszniter and Judka Rechtman, whereas the other persons appeared did not know how to write.
