Viennese Death Certificate part 1: Barbara Raz Wechsler translated the headings for me...but can anyone read the question marked script...I've tried:

Yahr, Monat und Tag = Year, Month, Day…
bes Sterbens, ber Beerbigung =Date of Death, Date of Burial [16December F.U.Alenh,??][19December GUUM?]
Der Verstorbenen Vor Und Zunamen Nebst Charakter= Name & Surname of the deceased, together with his occupation (For children and those uncared for, also name and occupation of their parents; for women and widows, name and occupation of their spouses; for foreigners, their homeland).
