I believe this is a Birth record for Muszkatblat, Benueu David. It would be a great help if someone can translate this for me.

Thank you.

11/26/2012 10:20 AM The record number 485 is not a marriage record, but a birth certificate of Benueu Dawid (the last letter in Benueu does not look to me as "z" at all).

The document was written on 24 November 1832 in Warsaw, and the child was born on 15 September 1832 at 8PM. The document mentions the names of two witnesses (I can't decipher them, sorry) and the parents:
Father: Mendel Herszkowicz [son of Herszek] Muszkatblat, a tradesman being 27 years old, living in Warsaw (exact address is given, 1776 [?] Wolowa Street)
Mother: Rywa, 24 years old, wife of Mendel

11/27/2012 2:36 PM Witnesses: Aron Mortkowicz ZIELASKO, tailor, 32 and Herszek BERENFUS, tradesman, 32
1/28/2014 4:50 AM It came to pass in Warsaw on the twenty-fourth day of November in the year of one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two at the hour of two in the afternoon. Appeared personally Mendel Muszkatblat the son of Herszek, the merchant twenty-seven years of age, residing at one thousand seven hundred and seventy-eight Wolowa Street, in the presence of Aron Zelazko the son of Mortko, the tailor thirty-two years of age, and Herszek Berenfus, the trader thirty-two years of age, both of them residing in Warsaw, and showed us a baby of sex male who had been born there in Warsaw on the fifteenth day of September of the current year at the hour of eight in the evening to his spouse Rywa, twenty-four years of age, to whom during the circumcision the names had been given Benueu Dawid. The actual certificate was read aloud to the father and the witnesses and subsequently signed solely by myself as the father and the witnesses refused to affix their signatures to it due to Sabbath.
