11/26/2012 3:16 AM In the town of Bobrowniki, occurred on 2 June 1851.. appeared the Jew, Josek Zamler, pisarz żydowski, living in the village of Modrzyca, age 28. Date of event: 25 May, 1851. Mother: Perla Berkowicz, age 25. Child named Szmul Majer.
11/26/2012 5:51 AM All that took place in the city of Bobrowniki on the second of June eighteen hundred fifty-one at one o’clock in the afternoon. An Orthodox Jew named Josek Zamler, his occupation being (synagogue, communal?) clerk residing in the village of Modrzyce, aged twenty-eight, showed up in person in the presence of witnesses, namely Abram Cukierman aged forty-four, his occupation being synagogue caretaker and Pinkwas Ajszydler, aged fifty, his occupation being szkolnik, both residing here in the city of Bobrowniki and showed us a male baby who had been born in Modrzyce to his spouse Perla, aged twenty-five, her maiden surname being Berkowicz, on the twenty-fifth of May of the current year at two o’clock in the morning. The baby had been named Szmul Majer. The above certificate was read aloud to the declarant and to the witnesses and was signed by the father as well as by the witnesses.

NOTES: Bobrowniki which is referred to above is situated in the Lubelskie Voivodeship; as for the village of Modrzyce it does not exist anymore as it became a district of Dęblin in the Lubelskie Voivodeship.
