This photo of Boruch Kelman was taken in a Munich studio after World War II. I believe he was liberated from Dachau, and that the wording is basically a general greeting.
Most important, has he signed as "your brother Boruch Kelman" or as "the son of your brother, Boruch Kelman"??
This would obviously be a very important distinction! I would appreciate an accurate translation.
