This document is, I believe, the marriage certificate of my grandfather and grandmother. It may be a betrothal certificate. I would like to know exactly what it is.

I want to know the names of those listed in ink in the document. They would be members of the family on both grandparents' side.

I would also want to know specific dates mentioned, even if they are in the Jewish calendar.

11/26/2012 10:06 AM The Hebrew date is exactly 21st Adar 666, according to the little count, in Odessa (= Sunday, 18th March 1906).

The father's first name of the Chatan is Shlomoh (Solomon)
The Chatan's name is David Mandenberg (not sure, but this is what I read).

The Kalla's brother's name (perhaps the father is dead or cannot be present) is Tsevi Winkler (not sure, but this is what I read).
The Kalla's name is Rachel.

The witnsses are, on Chatan's side, Mr. Yehudah-Meir, son Abraham-Yehoshua Rotman; on Kalla's side, Mr. Menachem-Nachum Weissberg.

All the best.

Avraham MALTHETE, Paris, France.
