On  Response
11/21/2012 8:19 PM My dear ones!
As a momentum I send you an original photograph of the Klein civil servants.

The adjective "kleinisch" is not a dictionary word in German, but rather signifies something thit is related to "Klein", probably a town or an organization.
11/27/2012 3:08 AM Being an adjective it can not refer to a town or organizetion - in this case the first letter would be "great". My oppinion: it is wrongly written (BAD GERMAN) for "KLEINLICH" = narrow-minded.
Perhaps the picture is jolly?

11/27/2012 7:43 AM I disagree with the previous poster about German spelling. Adjectives ending on -isch are not capitalized even if derived from proper nouns.
see Duden Rule 135:

11/27/2012 10:51 AM I agree with the responder of the other card: it is "K√ľndigung". (The first marked man could also be the sender...)

And I agree with the responders which think "Klein" to be related to a town or an organization.
It could also be related to a family name. And the name (of the chief civil servant?) needn't necessarily be Klein but could be Kleine.
