This card was sent to (Jacob) Isak Sicherman, addressed according to his profession (slaughterer and cantor). The fragmentary postmark seems to say 1915. In that year, he was serving in the Austro-Hungarian army, but he worked professionally when he had time off from his military duties. Translation requested, and transcription into Roman alphabet if possible.

(in Hebrew)Shalom my dear friend,
I can inform you that I am since wednesday
in Pest and was invited this shabbat to ...
so the shabbat before that I ....I think perhaps I'll come next week.
Greetings to you, your wife, and your children.
(in Hebrew) your friend Anshel Heiberg (?)

This isn't standard Yiddish but a sort of "daitschmerish". The handwriting is not very clear so I've translated as much as I could make out. Not sure about the surname.
Hope this helps.
