Illegible (to me) words are written on the picture, which I could scan and send. The Isaak to whom he refers is presumably her fiance, Jacob Isak Sicherman. The puzzle here comes at the end. Greeting and kisses from your cousin Isaak Schiff jun The letter is signed by Isaak Schiff junior. So there is a father and a son, both named Isaak.
