On  Response
3/20/2016 1:44 PM This document from 1904 states that Eleonora Löwi born Stein, who lived with her parents until then, moved to the 5th district of Vienna (Margareten) after getting married. The new address was Favoritenstr. 57.

Her old address was: Stumpergasse 52 in Vienna's 6th district (Mariahilf).

Also, it states she was born in 1869.

The Schlaining under her name is a city that is situated in the Eastern part of Austria. The word after looks to me like Ungarn (Hungary). Zu means "to". The rest I can not read I am afraid except for "Böhmen" which is Bohemia.

Hope it helps a little bit.
