ViewMate


I submitted an image last week, but it still hasn't been shown. Why?

When this happens, it usually means that you somehow missed the final step of the process and have not yet really submitted your image. Please follow these steps:

1. On ViewMate, login to JewishGen (not shown), then click the My ViewMate link.

2. On your "My ViewMate" page, in the navigation menu on the left, click Uploaded Images Not Yet Submitted.

3. On your "Image Uploads List" page, in the "Submit" column to the far right of your image, click the Submit link.

4. Your image will be submitted and you'll be taken to a confirmation page.
