Bertrams Synagogue closed in 1984 and is now a private residence. [for enlargement, click on the picture].
 
In July 2015 Kelly Modlin wrote:
"We went to Shul at the Bertrams Hebrew Congregation. It was also known as the Kimberley Rd Shul. Rev. Grossman was the Rov, Chazzan, Leiner, Cheder Teacher and I think also Shochet. He also taught us for our Bar Mitzvot. He must have been there from the 1930s to 50/60s. In 1948 he was still there."
