and each entry generally includes surname, given name(s), date and location
(town/street/hospital) of death, place of residence, date of registration and date of
funeral, marital status, occupation, age and cause of death.
Other towns mentioned as places of death in the Zniesienie records include Bilohorszcze, Dublany, Kleparów, Kozielniki Krzywczyce, Krzywoczyce, Kulparków, Rzesna Polska, Sygniówka, and Zamarstynów. In addition, the records include the hospital or street address where the death took place. Places of residence or places of birth for the deceased include Atynia pow. Tlumacz, Baranów pow. Because of the limited number of records available for this project, JRI-Poland has fully extracted all the information in the register and will make it available to researchers through the JRI-Poland on-line database. The fundraising target for this initiative is $90. Contributors of $18 will be eligible to receive an Excel file with all 208 entries. The indices for this project will be released to the JRI-Poland database after the fundraising target has been met.
