Outstanding Jewish-American Film Directors, Past And Present

This lecture is about the role of the director in filmmaking and how his/her leadership can often lead to the success or failure of a film.  About five directors, and their contribution to some of the finest movies ever made, are discussed.  Each one of the directors has a unique style, and is, indeed, the "captain of the ship."
