Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Islands Past Programs
Introduction
The Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Island (JGSLI) was founded in 1985 dedicated to
encouraging and assisting the Pursuit of Jewish Family History. Our goal at the JGSLI
is to bring together people interested in tracing their Jewish family roots.
To that end we hold meetings almost every month from September to June, usually on
the fourth Sunday of the month at the Mid-Island
Y-JCC in Plainview.
