Driving

Locally:

The library at northeast corner of Oakton Street and Waukegan Road; parking lot is entered from Oakton Court, one block north of Oakton Street.

From the North:

South on Interstate 94 (Edens Expressway) to the Dempster Street westbound exit. Proceed west about a mile and a half to the traffic light at Waukegan Road. Turn left and go south almost a mile (stay on Ill. 43). Oakton Court is on the left just before the traffic light at Oakton Street. Turn left into Oakton Court and then into the parking lot behind the library.

From the South:

North on Interstate 94 (Edens Expressway) to the Touhy Avenue exit. Turn left at the traffic light at the head of the exit ramp and proceed north on Skokie Boulevard (Illinois 50, Cicero Avenue) about 500 feet to the traffic light at Touhy Avenue. Turn left at the traffic light onto Touhy Avenue and proceed west about two miles to the traffic light at Caldwell Avenue (US 14). Turn right and proceed north about a mile (road curves back and forth) to Oakton Street. Turn left and proceed west a couple of blocks to the traffic light at Waukegan Road. Turn right and go around the corner to the parking lot.

From the North on the southbound Tri-State Tollway:

Exit at Golf Road and proceed a few hundred feet south to the actual intersection. Turn left and proceed east on Golf Road about a mile and a half. Turn right at the traffic light and proceed southeast on Milwaukee Avenue (Illinois 21). Continue about two miles to Oakton Street. Turn left onto eastbound Oakton Street. Proceed about a half mile to the intersection with Waukegan Road. Turn left and then shortly right onto Oakton Court to the parking lot.

From the South on the northbound Tri-State Tollway:

Exit at Touhy Avenue and proceed eastbound roughly four miles to Waukegan Road (northbound IL 43). Turn left and proceed one mile to Oakton Street and one more block to Oakton Court and the parking lot on the right.
