The membership year is July 1 thru June 30.
If you join between Jan 1 and March 31 the fee is half ($12.50 for the single/family membership).
If you join from April 1 thru June 30 you get the full 12 month membership starting July plus the time before July 1 ($25 for the single/family membership).
