The Jewish Genealogical Society of Illinois (JGSI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping members collect, preserve, and perpetuate the records and history of their ancestors. We serve as a resource for the worldwide community to research their Chicago area Jewish roots. We conduct monthly meetings with speakers on a wide range of topics. We provide access to research materials in our library, publish a newsletter - Morasha - and maintain an online searchable death index.	Sunday, February 26th 2:00 Program "Ask the Experts" featuring our JGSI panel of experts answering your genealogical related questions! Temple Beth Israel 3601 W. Dempster Street Skokie, IL 12:30pm -- 1:45pm Library open. Computers will be available as well as knowledgeable researchers to provide assistance for people seeking information about their ancestors on the internet.
