The JGSS holds regular meetings, workshops, and lectures by leading genealogists and other experts. Past topics have included how to begin a family history, how genealogists can use the Internet, how to access and use records at regional, national, and international archives, and how to publish a family history.
You do not need to be a member of the JGSS to attend a meeting (but we encourage you to see what membership in the JGSS has to offer!).
Note: All programs and speakers are subject to change on short notice! Please call or email a few days before a meeting for the latest schedule. Or, better yet, sign up for our email list to be automatically notified about upcoming meetings.
