PHOTOGRAPH DONOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between JewishGen, Inc., a Texas non-profit corporation ("JewishGen"), and

________________________________________, the Donor, who certifies that they own the rights and have received permission from any identifiable person(s) in the following photographs which will become part of the JewishGen Photo Resource Library.

1. Donor agrees that JewishGen or its designee may use, publish, or distribute the

photographic material on a non-exclusive basis in perpetuity, in any manner desired unless this agreement is revoked in writing. There will be no charge by donor for this permission.

2. The non-exclusive permission means that the donor continues to have rights in the

material in addition to those granted to JewishGen.
