report in The Jewish Chronicle, 22 September 1865, p. 5:
'CONSECRATION OF NEW SEPHARDIM SYNAGOGUE
On Sunday last an interesting ceremony took place at Spencer House,
Essex Road, Islington - namely, the consecration of a new Synagogue
erected by S.H. Andrade at his own expense.....’

Closed in about May 1884, based upon the following
report in The Jewish Chronicle, 18 April 1884, p. 7:
‘It was announced on Thursday that that
the Andrade Synagogue will cease to be opened for divine worship
after the Feast of Pentecost....’.
