A  -  In 1851 there were 30 appropriated seats here and 25 in attendance at service. The estimate of population was 100.

1874[a]

Congregation founded 1848. Present synagogue erected 1853. Has seat accommodation for 93 persons, 60 gentlemen's seats, 33 ladies'. Seat rental from 5.4s to 1.6s per annum. The congregation numbers 238 persons. Income of year 1872, 170. expenditure of year 1872, 180. There is no Jewish school.

1901[b]

1900 - 1 marriage, 10 deaths.
Synagogue, Church Street. Seatholders, 27.
