Malcolm Malits Court, 207 Mather Avenue (corner of Booker Avenue), South Liverpool L18 9UB.
Initially, from 1956, only a functions hall was built on the Mather Avenue site and the Congregation held services in such hall. In 1959 a synagogue building was added, partly funded from War Damage Compensation paid to the Trustees of the Central Synagogue, Islington, Liverpool (hence "Central Synagogue" was added to the Congregations name.)

In 2005/6, the original Mather Avenue synagogue was demolished and replaced by a smaller synagogue and sheltered housing for the elderly.

Until 1956, services were held in the Church Hall, Rose Lane, Liverpool 18, and also in the British Legion, Rose Lane, Liverpool 18
