Vsia Rossiia ("All of Russia") was a business directory covering all of the Russian Empire.  There were several editions published, including 1895, 1899, 1903, and 1911.  The organization of Vsia Rossiia is described in the article "Russian Business Directories" by Harry D. Boonin, found in Avotaynu, Volume VI, Number 4 (Winter 1990), pages 23-32.

This database is an index to over 39,000 selected entries from various editions of Vsia Rossiia:

• 1895 for Chernigov, Poltava, Kiev, Volhynia, Podolia, Taurida and Bessarabia guberniyas (Ukraine, Moldova).  Over 16,000 listings.
• 1903 & 1911 Minsk and Mogilev gubernias, 1911 Vitebsk gubernia (Belarus).  Over 12,000 listings.
• 1895, 1899, 1903, 1911 for city of Odessa (Kherson gubernia, now Ukraine).  Over 6,000 listings.
• 1895, 1899, 1903, 1911 for Berdichev, Zhitomir, Slonim, Volkovysk and Tiraspol districts.  Over 3,000 listings.
• 1895 & 1903 for Bialystok, Bielsk, and Sokolka districts. (Grodno gubernia, now in Poland).  Over 1,200 listings.
