Background

The list was compiled by the Romanian Jewish Center late 1943.  There is no specific date indicated on the document.  The title of the document is: "List of Students and Pupils from Bucharest City".  The list of students represents those who were used as forced laborers.  There is no information on the specific work that the students did.

The list was organized by the specific school the students were from.  The majority of the students were working at the Statistic Central Institute in Bucharest when the list was created.
