JewishGen Scandinavia Database

The JewishGen Scandinavia Database is a multiple-database search, which incorporates all of the databases listed below.  The combined databases contain over 12,000 entries from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

These databases have been contributed by the JewishGen Scandinavia Special Interest Group (SIG) and individual donors.  The JewishGen Scandinavian Database is a work in progress and will be updated with new entries.  Volunteers are needed for many of the projects to be included; if you would like to help please contact elsebeth@paikin.dk.

Danish Deportees to Terezin
Names of 482 Danish deportees during the Holocaust.
Sweden:
Swedish Jewish Literature Database
Almost 1,000 names of Jews from Swedish historical literature.
Displaced Persons from Bergen-Belsen to Sweden
Data on 1,600 DPs in Bergen-Belsen moved to Sweden, July 1945.
Norway:
Yad Vashem Norwegian Collection
Records of 900 Norwegian Jews, from collections at Yad Vashem.
