Julinava

Translated by Shaul Yannai

(Yiddish, Yavarove)

An estate near Kaunas. The owners of the estate were a Jewish family by the name of Schwartz. As a result of political tactics, during the period of Independent Lithuania the estate was transferred into the hands of a former minister in the government of Lithuania. In 1935, there were no longer any Jews in Julinava.
