11/26/2009 This is a photo of my two Grandaunts, born Usdin in Vishki (Latvia).
On the left:
Rosa Shub, born in 1895. She lived in Vilnius, then in the 1970ies emigrated to Israel, where she died in 1981.
On the right:
Dora (Dobe-Elka) Gellerman, born in 1886. She lived in Leningrad and died in 1971.
Rosa's children: Semien and Bella, born in the 1930 ies.

11/22/2009 I'm pretty sure this is the death record for my g-g-grandfather!

I'd like a full translation, including the boilerplate language. Also including the names of witnesses and any dates or ages. (The whole megillah :)

11/22/2009 I have been trying to help a friend in exploring the possible Jewish roots of her Grandmother, Frida EHMANN (Possible Jewish), married name REPPKE (Christian).
Here is Frida's 1895 birth certificate from Berlin. The handwriting is very difficult to decipher.
