This is the entry of graduation of my GGGrandfather Ignatz REINITZ who graduated the Regia Scientiarum Universitas Hungarica ( known today as Semmelweis University) Medicine Faculty in Pest in 1837. I would greatly appreciate translating from Latin of this entry.

Reinitz Ignatius, 26 years old, Jewish, from ??, after fulfilling the necessary tasks, underwent the rigorous examination in surgery on the 8th of July 1835, with a mark of “satisfactory”, and in obstetrics on the 21st of January 1837, with the mark “quite good”, on which day, after being sworn in as a surgeon and obstetrician, he obtained his diploma.

Note: “M. Kanirp[?] halaensis” is possibly a latinized placwe name which has the Latin ending “-ensis” added.
