The death of Rudolf Steiner. I can read everything except the ?.
Rudolf Steiner, Chaufferu, mosaisch, geboren in Mirowitz, ?, zustšndig aus Wien.

I do not know if you're still looking for a translation but what I can read out of the document you uploaded a couple of years ago is that Rudolf Steiner died on October 21st, 1918 and that he was buried October 23rd. The cause of death was pneumonia. After the document he was a jewish Chauffeur born in Mirowitz (which I think can be found in the south west of what today is Czech Republic) who at the end was living in the 2nd district in Vienna. The address is "Im Werd 7" which can still be found today.
