I am interested in a translation of the Hebrew inscription of this gravestone of my 3rd-great grandfather Baruch Hofheimer

Baruch Beit Yod Alef (?) Halfhenheimer
was as his name, blessing to his family
soul Rivka ??? and God's bless on his steps
on Tuesday Rosh Hodesh ??? Tav Reish Lamed Gimel
went to the skys

I add that Yod Alef is definitely Yaakov, as that was indeed his father's name. The word does look like Rivka, but neither his wife or mother had that name.
