2/5/2013 5:52 AM The record itself is in Russian, but it seems it was rewritten by someone whose first language was Polish.

The heading is in Polish and says "A copy of birth certificate, recorded in duplicates of registry records in Kałuszyn's synagogue district for year 1894".

Then it is followed by a text in Russian (which is the birth record, from what I can see, but I can't translate it, I am afraid). At the penultimate line of the text there is another Polish word: "podpisano" (signed), followed by names.
2/19/2013 2:13 PM It was happen in the town Кalugin on the day 7 march 1894 , at 12:00 AM.
Pasah Swetka(?) was present here as babys father who was living in this town,
he was 33 years old. There was also two witnesses : Shmul-Leib Biblyrsh 50 years old and Shmul-Boruh Tetelbaum
who was industrialist, 71 years old , both of the also living in Кalugin.

Pasah Swetka showing us the baby an claim that those baby was born in Кalugin on the day 28.02.1894, 10:00 AM,
he also claim that mother of the baby was his wife Zlata (Rubinshtein) . His wife was also 29 years old.
During the circumision the baby had given a name Moshek.

This act was read to the present persons and then signed. Except: father of the baby claim that he cannot write.
