On  Response 
12/9/2009 The top two letters are an abreviation for 'here lies'. The next line could be literally translated as 'my dear husband and our dear father'.

Then Abraham's Hebrew name, 'Avraham bar (son of) Izik.
The date of his passing, 16 Tevet, 5702. The last five letters stand for ' may his soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life.'
